My First Day at School
Hello! My name is Anna. Today is my first day at my new school. I am excited and a little nervous. I wake up early, eat breakfast, and put on my new school uniform. My mom takes me to school. The building is big and there are many children.
In my classroom, I meet my teacher, Miss Johnson. She is very nice. She smiles and says, 'Welcome, Anna!' I also meet my classmates. They say, 'Hi, Anna!' I feel happy. We talk and play together.
We have math and English lessons. I like English! I learn new words and practice with my classmates. During lunch, we sit together and eat. I make two new friends, Lucy and Tom.
At the end of the day, I say goodbye to my friends and go home. I tell my mom all about my first day. I am happy and can't wait to go to school again tomorrow!
